More Naps, Higher Diabetes Risk?

If you like to nap, watch out. Researchers have discovered that napping may mean a greater risk for getting Type 2 diabetes. There are a lot of factors to consider before concluding that napping is actually bad, however.
For example, if someone has undiagnosed diabetes, they probably tend to be sleepier. Also, if they are sedentary (and therefore nap more frequently), they may be putting themselves at risk. So there are lot of factors.
Personally, I’ve heard that napping (in the right doses) can help with overall health benefits. It’s up to people to make their own judgments with this one.
